Customer Service Representative

We’ve provided long-lasting replaceable cast in place tile – dry or wet, truncated dome mats, and more to contractors, engineers, architects, and distributors for over 20 years. Thanks to our stringently-tested products, friendly sales staff, and dedication to customer service, our loyal customer base continues to grow – as a result of this growth we are expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Jefferson, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

  • Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against    previously obtained information as necessary;
  • Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes  order details such as: price confirmation, availability, 
  • Customer maintenance updates;
  • Review all customer pricing and ensure system accuracy;
  • Ensure all discounts are applied to orders as applicable – based on promotions, order size, special pricing, etc.
  • Process rebates;
  • Create certifications for states requiring a manufacturers certification;
  • Handle all sales order enquiries such as: pricing, tracking, inventory availability, freight costs, etc.;
  • Handling customer enquiries;
  • Process all returns includes:  RGA and any damaged product or unusable product.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent computer skills: Order processing with computer and database systems;
  • Attention to detail: very detailed oriented and has a history of not making errors;
  • Great time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle a high volume of order entry in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong ability to multi-task;
  • Great sense of humor;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English;
  • People person having the ability to work with a myriad of personalities;
  • Friendly telephone manner;
  • Creative problem solving;
  • Quick on your feet and a logical approach to problem solving;
  • Ability to work well in a team.
