Daily Duties:

We are seeking to add full-time permanent Call Centre Agent to join our team to provide the best service to people all across the country. We are seeking people who want to be the best and work for the best and ensure customer service is at its optimal. Your will handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, troubleshooting issues and taking strategic action in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

• Able to work various shifts
• Computer savvy
• Excellent typing skills
• Over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• 6 -12 month experience in a similar role
• Very punctual and reliable
• Good language skills
• Prefer Some sales experience
• Prefer Some Technical background
